• United States
We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, processing may take longer. We’ll contact you if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Canada: 1–7 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
For shipments to the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery issues are handled by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
